Order & Payment Details

Fill this form so we know what you are ordering and how you will pay. After submitting, follow the instructions that appear for your chosen method.

Bank Transfer Instructions

Please transfer the exact amount to the account details we will provide after you email us your order. For now:

  1. Email citywigs346@gmail.com with your order details (or submit this form and then email).
  2. We will reply with the official bank account name, number, bank name, and SWIFT/IBAN (if international).
  3. Complete the transfer and send the payment receipt/screenshot to the same email.
  4. Once confirmed, we process and ship your order.

Note: You will receive the exact bank details by email for security. Do not send funds to any account not confirmed by us.

Western Union Instructions

  1. Go to a Western Union agent or use the Western Union app/website.
  2. Send the payment amount to the receiver details we provide by email.
  3. Email us the MTCN (Money Transfer Control Number), sender name, amount, and the wig unit you ordered.
  4. We will confirm receipt and process your order.

  1. Visit a MoneyGram location or use the MoneyGram app.
  2. Send funds using the receiver information we send you by email after order confirmation.
  3. Email us the reference number, amount, sender name, and the wig unit ordered.
  4. After we verify the payment, your order will be prepared for shipping.

Cryptocurrency Instructions

We currently accept:

  • Bitcoin (BTC)
  • USDT (TRC20 – Tron network) – preferred for low fees
  • USDT (ERC20 – Ethereum)

After you submit this form or email your order, we will reply with the exact wallet address and the amount in crypto (based on current rates). Please:

  1. Send only the confirmed amount to the address we provide.
  2. Email the transaction ID / hash together with your order details.
  3. Do not send crypto to any address not received directly from citywigs346@gmail.com.
